okay im actually going to make a REAL cave painting my dads gonna pick up a patteyo (sp?) slab and im gonna do a cave painting on it tommorow .....

heres my problem what could i use for the actual painting i dont want to use normal paint and i dont want to use spray paint because i will most definatly get whatever im using on my hands an i dont want to to stain to much so any ideas

If you want it to look authentic (sp? lol) then they kinda used powder mixed with water to get their colours. You could use the powder paints that you can get?

Or if you feel adventurous, you could use mud for brown and other natural things?

i think ill draw then line at mud becuase whatever i use ive got to put in my mouth and spit over my hand (i watched i show about how to do it)

yeah they used stuff like ground rocks and mixed it with water and other stuff.you could use chalk but if you use paint,it could mix with other colours.

You could use charcoal... yeah i know it's a bit boring but it might look good.
You chewed mud? *Runs off to tell everyone* Actually I ate grass in year five so I can't talk...
