Umm, heres my entry. its supposed to be of a wolf asleep in the snow, but it doesnt really look like it..:D

Woah, that's great Silent Wolf. Trust me it does look like a sleeping wolf - it reminds me a lot of the illustrations from the books! Also well done for being so prompt and brave enough to be the first to enter. Hopefully it will fuel others to submit their own work.

I dunno,I thought it was a kind of crossbreed between a fox and a wolf...something about the ears I guess...But still an amazing peice of art.Howd you do it?

How do you do the fur texture like that? As a budding artist, I like to know these things. I still don't know how people color things on the computer, cause when i go on paint with a scanned picture, the lines I drew won't get filled in with color, and if there's one indent in the paper, it leaves it white. So I'm stuck with a bunch of sketches.
