My second entry is a story I hope you like it!
Mountain Wolf Clan
Adarius caught the taste of the first cool breeze. Ahh.. The mountains were awake. He licked his bleach white paws, and took off dashing into the frigid wind. Adarius’ wooly winter fur protected him from the fierce wind. He licked his lips and smiled his wolfish grin. Adarius adored the awakening mountains. They sent they radiant snow. Adarius yipped with glee. He felt a little sad for the other wolves that were to old to play, but his sorrow didn’t last long as a huge snowflake landed on his nose. Suddenly he stopped his frolic, and fixed his eyes on the dark figures ahead. He felt strangely called to go and greet them. Adarius took off racing against the wind to reach them. Then he halted in his steps. A small wolf cub like himself shouldn’t be doing this, Adarius should go to find the lead wolf, and let him greet the new pack. The small cub quickly disposed of the thought this pack needed him. He darted off once again, pausing occasionally to barrel in some unresistible snow. When he reached the pack he saw that they weren’t wolves at all. Adarius barred his teeth and growled. One of the creatures reached out to touch him with a forepaw. Adarius immediately jumped back, then curious he looked at forepaw it was black and still trying to touch him. He bit it. Hard. The paw just fell off, and the creature only merely glanced at it. Adarius studied the paw diligently. The odd feeling of belonging returned, and he forgot the forepaw. He licked all of the creatures thoroughly. They needed his help. He was a mountain wolf and had learned the ways of the chilly mountains. he led them to a place sheltered from the wind. Adarius watched them as they created something that was warm and they cooked over. He could smell the gratefulness coming from the peculiar pack. He had saved there lives and they would always be appreciative toward Adarius for it.
That was why the pack Adarius found so strange, but oddly called toward, now call themselves the Mountain Wolf Clan. Whenever the descendants of the first Mountain Wolf clanners see a mountain wolf they always praise Adarius.
