What time does the judging begin?

I don't have a scanner, and my parents keep neglecting to take me over to someone's house who has one. I need to know what time they judging begins so I can just go down and get my stuff scanned myself.

No, they haven't been judged yet. The contest closes at 12:00 tonight, so if you get your entry in before then it'll still be judged.
